We pack bikes to ship based on our regular $65/hour rate. The process usually takes an hour or less, and we provide the box and packing materials.

Shipping will be the customer's responsibility. You can take the box to the local shipping center or arrange for a pickup from the shop. Bike boxes average 52" x 31" x 8" and usually weigh around 40 lbs.

We recommend shipping via BikeFlights.com

eBikes

We only service the electronic components of eBikes from brands that we sell. Typically, we will only service the mechanical (non-electronic) components of eBikes purchased elsewhere, such as gears, brakes, fittings etc. Please remove the batterty before bringing in the eBike.

Shoe Fitting and Recommendation

Unlike large department and chain shoe stores, we take a hands-on approach and a careful look at your feet. We won’t leave you with a box a shoes to fend for yourself, unless you absolutely insist on it.

There’s much more to a shoe than its exterior appearance – in fact, quality shoes are made to fit different types of feet, and no one shoe will work for everyone. Our staff has years of experience and knowledge to help runners, walkers, cyclist, and even the nonathletic, find the most comfortable shoes for their feet. A lot of our shoe customers are hard-working people who need relief from foot and back pain. The most common problem we see is Plantar Fasciitis.

Note: We are not a licensed podiatrist, but we do come recommended by a few. Podiatrists often send patients to us with shoe and insole prescriptions.
